How can I pay?
1. Paying in advance
As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be processed. Transfer your payment to the following bank account and give your order number for reference. You will find the order number in your email order confirmation.

In order to guarantee safe online payment, we collaborate with ipayment. ipayment allows companies and consumers with credit card (VISA and MasterCard).

In order to guarantee safe online payment, we collaborate with PayPal. PayPal allows companies and consumers with an e-mail address to carry out secure and efficient payments online. PayPal manages your data and does not submit any credit card number or account information to the merchant. This means that you can pay online without having to submit your credit card or bank account details. If you want to use PayPal, you have to register once. 4. Payment on delivery
Orders shipped within Germany can be paid on delivery. Please take notice of a payment on delivery fee of EUR 6,50 . Payment on delivery is only available in Germany and Austria.

Because all the shipping types have volume restriction we have recalculated the weight of some products, this means that the weight of these products are not their actual weight but they have been adapted because of their volume.

When will I receive my order and how is it shipped?
1.Germany
The delivery time is noted with each article. This indicates the delivery time after we have received your payment. Shipping with our logistic partners GLS or GEL takes 1-2 days. If shipped by GLS you will get an email with tracking number after the article is committed to our logistic partner, so you can check the journey of your item.

2.Europe
The delivery time is noted with each article. This indicates the delivery time after we have received your payment. Shipping with our logistic partners GLS or GEL takes 3-5 days. If shipped by GLS you will get an email with tracking number after the article is committed to our logistic partner, so you can check the journey of your item.

If we were not able to execute an order immediately, because the item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will immediately inform you in this case. In the exceptional case of the item being definitely out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our call center agents will gladly help you in choosing a possible alternative.


How do I encash a voucher?
If you have a voucher, you can encash it during the ordering prosess by giving in the code of the voucher. You can only encash one voucher for each order.


I want to change or return an item. What and how can I change or return?
Right of cancellation: You can cancel your contract declaration within two weeks without stating the reasons in the form of a text (e.g. letter, email or by returning the item). The term begins upon the receipt of this instruction at the earliest. The timely sending of the cancellation or the item is sufficient for the observation of the cancellation term. Consequences of cancellation. In the event of an effective cancellation the performances that have been received by both parties shall be returned. If you cannot entirely or only partially return the performance received or only in a poorer condition you must thus pay us compensation for lost value if necessary. In the case of items that have been given up this does not apply if the deterioration of the item can exclusively be put down to their inspection, as would, for instance, have been possible in the retail store. In other respects you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for lost value if you does not use the item like an owner and refrain from doing anything, which would impair its value. Items that can be sent as parcels shall be returned. Items that cannot be sent as parcels shall be collected from you.

You have to bear the costs of the return shipment in the event of a return shipment from a delivery of goods where the order value amounts to up to € 40.00 in total if the goods delivered correspond with those ordered. Otherwise the return shipment shall be free of charge for you. You do not have a right of cancellation for goods produced or processed based on the customer’s specification 


How will my money be refunded after returning the item?
A basic requirement to get your money refunded is a completed return form. For refunds abroad we need the IBAN & SWIFT numbers. The handling time for refunds take 2-3 days.

In this case you'll get your money refunded as soon as we have your bank data. If we did not receive your bank data in the ordering process, we will contact you as soon as possible.
