Moooi Random Light

The Random Light is the imaginative work of the experimental designer Bertjan Pot. In 2001 he designed the original pendant on behalf of the Dutch manufacturer Moooi. Fragile elegance and imposing grace come together beautifully in his creation of the Random Light. The translucent lamp shade is made of fiberglass impregnated with resin. This is wrapped randomly around a ball, forming a special, individual spherical light body. When turned on, the design light brings an impressive lighting and casts shadows on walls and ceilings thanks to its irregular pattern.
