Goods Still Dish

The Still series was inspired by the fluidity of the clay Slingerland works with. The pouring of the clay into the mould gives rise to the shape. Just as the mass of clay starts to flow over the edge, its movement is ‘frozen’.
The title Still refers to a paused fragment of video or film.
